Domestic manufacturers would not miss out on a lucrative segment of Russian bizav market, dominated now by foreign production. In late August, Sukhoi Civil Aircraft (SCАC) exhibited its first Sukhoi Superjet 100 with VIP interior design at Moscow MAKS 2013 air show. The type builds on SSJ100 Basic configuration and is designed for Rosoboronexport arms trade agency. The SCAC reps inform that the aircraft is expected for delivery by the end of the year.
Cabin interior of the first SSJ100 VIP displays its capabilities as to providing enhanced comfort to VIP passengers, SCAC holds. Accommodating 19 passengers, the cabin has service zone, business zone, and a separate VIP work office zone.
